We have a Cancellation Policy and require 24 Hours Notice. We are very flexible and work with our patients as we understand life happens. If it is "reasonable" or due to sickness or an emergency and you notify us prior to 8 AM day of appointment - there is no charge.

We ask that a "patient phones to cancel" and /or leaves a message on the voicemail the night before or any time before 8 AM as we have a very busy schedule with a waiting list for patients to get an appointment.

•  A SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW on a New Patient Appointment is $40

•  On your 1st SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW on a 20 min follow up appointment will be no charge but consider this your warning with No charge.

• Your 2nd SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW you will be charged $20.

• Your 3rd SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW you will be charged $40.

• All Subsequent SHORT NOTICE CANCELATION/ NO SHOW will be charged the FULL treatment cost.

 

NOTE***NO SHOW fees CAN NOT be put through Insurance/ Benefits and you must personally pay out of pocket for them.

• IF ANYONE IS EXPERIENCING ANY COUGH/COLD/FLU SYMPTONS or has contagious medical conditions eg. ( measles, chicken pox, mumps) PLEASE DO NOT to come into our medical office as we do not want to spread sickness to other Patients, the Doctor, or Staff. 

• Please if possible - refrain from bringing children or extra people to your appointments that do not have appointments. We have limited seating for our patients and we do not have a "play" area or supervision for your children.
