We Provide Direct Billing To Most Major Insurance Companies!
We provide Direct Billing to most major inusrance companies inlcuding Blue Cross, Canada Life, Greenshield, Sunlife, Co-operators,and any other Telus eClaims entity. If you have any questions on which insurance companies we direct bill to, please feel free to contact us. We also accept Cash, Debit, and Credit for payment. If I cannot bill to your specific insurance company, I will be providing you with a receipt that you may submit to your Health Insurance/Benefit Company for coverage of your chiropractic treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We would like to remind all patients that your appointment is reserved especially for you.
We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or you may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We
understand that life happens and things come up, however
repeated short-notice cancellations leaves an opening in the
Doctor's schedule that could have been filled by another patient.
